Cancellation & Rescheduling.
Life happens - We get it. But here’s the structure that helps us both show up well:
You can cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before your appointment without any charge. Just send us an email or message.
Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will be billed at 50% of the session fee.
No show/No contact will be charged full session fee.
If something serious comes up - talk to us, we’re human too and trust you to use this policy in good faith.
